Mickey’s Dinner By Willy

St. Paul is an amazing city with so much to offer. From stunning skylines to history that runs deep through the city. That history doesn’t stop when it comes to the diners that make St. Paul home. Even though they have a great history, sometimes the branding could use a slight upgrade. That’s what this project was about: updating the Mickeys by Willy branding but keeping the history. The idea was to let this diner shine by itself without being overshadowed by the other, more famous Mickey’s railcar diner. This was done by changing colors and giving it a modern but classic-looking branding system. Within this system, adding “By Willy” to the logo pushes it even further away. Letting it have its day in the sun and moonlight, since this diner is proudly open 24/7 365.
